Unused/ Sealed Parts and Accessories can be returned within 30 days of the date of receipt. Must also be accompanied by an RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization). After you contact us, we will issue you an RMA# once we review your case.
Kings Laundry Group Equipment Inc. reserves the right to review all returns. Your return may be declined if we find out your reason for a return doesn’t match the fact.
All returns for refund are subject to a 15% restocking fee. No restocking fee if refund as store credit. Please contact us before returning any item!
All shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility for returned items unless it is our problem. Shipping costs will not be refunded on returns.
